Recipe album - cakes

This is a couple of pages from a recipe album I made for my mother in February (not previously blogged). The album consist of the family’s favorite recipes. Page 1: Sugar bread (base for Norwegian birthday cake, similar to angel sponge cake). Page 2: Kransekake (special Scandinavian cake).

An edge punch from Martha Stewart was used on both pages.

The girl holding a cake is from Magnolia (Tilda), the other girl with an Easter basket is from hAnglar. They were both colored using Copic markers.

Recipe album – fish and bread

 

This is a couple of pages from a recipe album I made for my mother in February. Mother’s day in Norway is the second Sunday in February. Since she is one of the most active visitor on my blog, I had to wait to publish the pictures. The album consist of the family’s favorite recipes. Page 1: Olive bread. Page 2: Baked salmon and cucumber salad.

Both pages have a tag punched out with Creative Memories’ Tag maker. The corners of the recipe cards have been rounded with another punch.

The girl stamp is from Magnolia (Tilda with wine and bread), the cat is from Motivet (Lucy). They were both colored using Copic markers.

The fish and plate was cut using the Cricut machine (cartridge: Nifty Fifties).
