Birthday girl

IMG_1664

Here I practiced the masking technique. The hAnglar girl was colored using Copics markers (Christmas presents :-) ), then masked. Sentiment and brown ink was placed in the background using masking.

Just Magnolia and hAnglar #87 – everything Magnolia and hAnglar goes.

A birthday card only with writing and water color!

My cards usually have layers of paper on them. This card was made the day I bought a book about lettering. This was fun.

Hello Kitty

It is fun giving away gifts with matching card and gift bag. Here I dry embossed ready cut hearts. The Hello Kitty took a while to make. The design consists of about 7 layers cut using a Cricut design cartridge. The ‘Happy Birthday’ letters with shadow were also cut using the same machine (different cartridge).IMG_1305 IMG_1306

Two patterned papers and a text stamp

IMG_1535

This card was made for the challenge 15 - Kammerpikenes oppskrift. The task was to use at least two patterned papers and a text stamp. And so I did. :-)

The boy stamp is from Magnolia and was colored using Distress Ink. The sentiment is a stamp from Kreativ Hobby.

The papers are from a paper stack I bought a while back and I do not remember the brand.
